Runwood Homes is one of the largest residential elderly care providers recently placed in the top 20 care home groups in the UK.  The Group operates 76 homes in England and Northern Ireland under three brands, Runwood Senior Living, Sanders Senior Living and Kathryn Homes. 

We currently have an opportunity to join our HR Team on a flexible basis (casual contract) as a HR Compliance support. The role will involve conducting staff file audits ensuring compliance with both company and CQC regulations.  This is a field based role and will require the successful candidate to visit homes in a set geographical area so access to your own vehicle would be required. 

Who are we looking for

• Highly organised and able to effectively prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
• Experience in DBS Checks, referencing and onboarding procedures 
• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, listening, and comprehension.
• High attention to detail and able to work at pace
