About the role:

The Deputy Chief Operating Officer plays a crucial role in the operational leadership and management of the company's portfolio of 38 care homes in the South. This position involves working closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to ensure that the organisation's high standards of care, compliance, and operational efficiency are maintained across all facilities. The Deputy COO will drive operational strategy, lead performance management, and ensure that care homes operate smoothly while delivering exceptional resident care.

About you:

The Deputy COO will demonstrate a  commitment to ensuring the highest quality of care and enhancing the overall resident experience at every home. You will have the ability to drive performance improvements, ensure compliance, and enhance efficiency across multiple locations, contributing to long-term strategic planning and successfully implement operational initiatives. The successful Deputy COO will have experience handling operational challenges and leading effective crisis responses.
